Tom Joyce

Tom Joyce

Founder & Managing Partner

Tom brings his entrepreneurial spirit, and expertise of growing and selling multiple other startups to WorldReach.

Tom’s goal in creating World Reach was to build a company that effectively works during business hours, but isn’t all-consuming to employees past 4pm. But don’t be fooled! Tom delights in studying trends, and brainstorming solutions all days and hours of the week.

He attributes WorldReach’s success to the employee and knows that hiring smart is what will allow the company to continue to grow, be successful, and foster a fun community.

Tom is a native Philadelphian but has lived in South Florida for over 20 years.  Outside of the office, you can find him paddle boarding, running or relaxing with his family.

Sam Durso

Sam Durso

Founder & Managing Partner

Sam’s background of more than 20 years as a successful business owner and mergers and acquisitions advisor allows him to bring a veteran approach and unique perspective to a young industry. He doesn’t just understand how to build and scale successful global campaigns, he obsesses over it.

As a founder, Sam has a heavy hand in developing the internal culture of World Reach. Taking the best of what he knew from previous companies and leaving the worst parts behind. Sam, with the help of his partner Tom, has created a culture of ownership, collaboration, problem solving and fun.

In his free time, you can usually find Sam boating, playing the drums or enjoying time with his family in Jupiter.

Danielle Joyce

Danielle Joyce

Chief Financial Officer

Danielle earned both her bachelors and masters in accounting from Florida Atlantic University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Florida. She began her career in public accounting for the South Florida offices of Grant Thornton and has over 13 years of combined public and private accounting experience. She is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Danielle revels at the challenge and excitement that a startup brings, knowing that not having all of the answers allows for learning, creative problem solving, trial and error, and growth. With this startup mentality, she also loves the ability to help develop employees and cultivate successful and impactful careers.

Outside of work, you can catch Danielle training for half marathons, keeping up with her daughter, and enjoying the South Florida weather by soaking up the sun whenever possible.

Kayla Nizborski

Kayla Nizborski

Senior Accountant

Kayla brings financial and accounting expertise to WorldReach. She holds a bachelors in business administration from Florida Atlantic University, and previously worked as a tax accountant for PGA of America. However, Kayla’s role at WorldReach goes far beyond the numbers; She also assists with human resources, manages the office, and keeps the rest of the team in line.

Outside of work, Kayla is constantly busy. She just passed her real estate exam (for fun!), she loves traveling, boating, and fishing. You can also catch her and her husband in Maryland every year at the Cowboys/Red Skins rivalry game.

Liallie Munoz

Liallie Munoz

Senior Operations Analyst

Liallie started at the University of Puerto Rico and finished her degree in Management Information Systems at Florida Atlantic University. She fell in love with software and coding, and started her career in QA.

At World Reach, she studies consumer behavior, campaign performance, and creates solutions to enhance each campaign. Liallie constantly strives to apply new learnings to take campaigns to the next level, and she likes working for a company where everyone shares this mentality.

When Liallie is not fixated on campaign details, you will find her reading science fiction, publishing her written work, or checking out the craft beer scene with her husband.

Vilmarie Koesema

Vilmarie Koesema

Director of Creative Services

After earning a bachelors degree in graphic design from the University of Central Florida, Vilmarie originally started in the print arena and gradually transitioned to web design, and ultimately into her current Creative Director role at WorldReach.

Vilmarie’s talents reach beyond design; As a self-proclaimed creative and computer geek, she also loves front-end development and UX. She aspires to become a full stack developer while continuing to design.

Outside of work, Vilmarie loves to travel, go to museums, snorkel, and spend time with her kids.

Cara Pace

Cara Pace

SEO

Cara turned her love for the semi-colon into a degree in English from the University of Florida. From market research to online publishing, she brings her experience with content to WorldReach.

While her path started at technical writing and editing, Cara was excited to find it turn toward SEO and content marketing over the years. Working at WorldReach will continue as a path for her to bring a voice to the web.

When Cara’s not writing headlines and meta descriptions, she’ll likely be boating, binge-watching TED Talks or thinking of how to celebrate Caturday everyday.
